Multi-Brand Remote Control

In addition to controlling several functions on JVC remote control TVs, the VCR's remote control can control these functions on the TV brands listed below. If your television is a JVC, you don’t have to set the code in step 1.

SELECT TV BRAND

1 Refer to the chart below. While holding down TV, press the Brand Selection Button that corresponds to the brand of your TV.

You don’t have to repeat this step until you replace the remote control’s batteries.

OPERATE TV

2 While holding down TV, press POWER, CHor TV/VIDEO to control these functions. VOL+/– can be operated without holding TV down.

The NUMBER keys cannot be used to set or change the channel on the TV.
