Section 9: Troubleshooting

If you encounter operational problems with your Orbit II System please try to isolate the problem, for example:

Singulating and feeding CD-Rs Reading in a particular master.

High CD-R/CD-RW disc reject rate.

Duplicates fail on target system.

Discs do not go all the way to the Accept Basket

Discs do not go all the way to the Reject side

There are no end user serviceable components in the Orbit II.

The Menu Tree, Functional Schematic, and Error Code List included as attachments may help you isolate the source of a problem, and identify corrective action. If you cannot resolve the problem yourself, contact Microboards Technology Technical Support.
