Programmed Playback CD MP3

Programmed Playback with Audio CD, MP3, JPEG and WMA

Discs CD MP3 JPEG WMA

Program allows you to store your favorite tracks (or files) for a particular disc in the player memory.

A program can contain up to 32 tracks (Audio CD) or 60 tracks (MP3/JPEG/WMA disc).

1The Audio CD menu appears.

If an MP3, JPEG, or WMA disc is inserted, the MP3/JPEG/WMA selection menu appears on the TV screen.

Use v/V to select MP3, JPEG, or WMA then press ENTER. The MP3, JPEG, or WMA menu appears on the TV screen. Press RETURN to

move to the previous menu (MP3/JPEG/WMA selection menu).Insert a disc and close the tray.

2 Press PROG. PLAY in Stop mode or during play - back (Audio CD, MP3 and WMA only) to enter Program Edit mode.

The E mark will appear to the right of the word Program on the right side of the menu screen.

Press PROG. PLAY to exit Program Edit mode;

the E mark will disappear.

3to place the selected track/file on the Program

list. v/VUse to select a track/file then press ENTER

4 Repeat step 3 to place additional tracks/files in the Program list.

5The programmed track/file you selected last is highlighted on the program list.Press B.

6 Use v/V to select the track/file you want to start playing.

Press ENTER or PLAY ( B) to start.

7 Playback begins in the order in which you programmed the tracks/files and “PROG.” appears on the front panel display. Playback stops after playing the last programmed track/file on the program list.

ote

The programmed tracks/files are cleared when the power is turned off or the disc is removed.

JPEG WMA

Repeat Programmed Tracks/All/Off

To repeat the track currently playing, press REPEAT.

 

 

The Repeat Track icon appears on the menu screen.

To repeat all tracks on the program list, press

 

 

REPEAT twice.

 

 

The Repeat All icon appears on the menu screen.

To cancel Repeat mode, press REPEAT until the

 

 

Repeat Off icon appears on the menu screen.

 

Repeat Programmed All/Off JPEG

1To repeat all files on the program list, press REPEAT when the JPEG menu appears.

The Repeat All icon appears on the menu screen.

2Press PLAY ( B) or ENTER to start repeat playback.

3To cancel Repeat mode, first press STOP (x) to stop playback then press REPEAT when the JPEG menu appears.

ote

The REPEAT button is not available when the E mark

appears. Press PROG. PLAY to clear the E mark.

Erasing a Track/File from the Program List

1Press PROG. PLAY during playback or in Stop mode to enter Program Edit mode.

The E mark will appear.

ote

JPEG files can be programmed only in Stop mode (when the menu screen is displayed.)

2Press B to move to the Program list.

3Use v/V to select the track/file you wish to erase from the Program list.

4Press CLEAR.

The track/file will be erased from the Program list.

Erasing the Complete Program List

1Follow steps 1-2 of “Erasing a Track/File from the Program List” as above.

2Use v/V to select “Clear All”, then press ENTER.

The complete Program for the disc will be erased.

The programs are also cleared when the disc is removed.
