If Auto Clock Set is not available in your area, follow these steps to set the clock manually (see note below before proceeding).

Use the UP/DOWN arrow keys to move the pointer to ÒSet Clock,Ó then press the RIGHT arrow key to select.

Press the RIGHT arrow key to set Auto Clock Set to ÒOff.Ó

4C H O O S E “ S E T C L O C K ”

Use the UP/DOWN arrow keys to move the pointer to ÒSet Clock,Ó then press the RIGHT arrow key to select.

5S E T T H E T I M E

Use the 0-9 keys or the UP/DOWN arrow keys to set each of the following items. To skip an item, press the RIGHT arrow key: Set Month Ð Enter the month as a 2-digit number; e.g., January = Ò01Ó

Set Year Ð Enter the year as a 2-digit number; e.g., 2001 = Ò01Ó

Set Day Ð Enter the day as a 2-digit num- ber; e.g., the ninth = Ò09Ó

Set Hour Ð Enter the hour as a 2-digit number; e.g., 12:xx, = Ò12Ó

Set Minute Ð Enter the minute as a 2-digit number; e.g., xx:25 = Ò25Ó

Set AM/PM Ð Press Ò1Ó for AM or Ò2Ó for PM

•If Auto Clock Set is available but has set the time incorrectly, try adjusting Daylight Savings Time (page 46), Time Zone (page 55) and Clock Set Channel (page 55) before setting the clock manually.
