B) Concrete/Brick Installation
NOTE: The concrete anchors must be used for concrete installation.
1Attach the bubble level
2Mark four holes to be used for securing the mount and place the wall plate aside (figure
3Drill holes using an electric drill and 1/2" masonry bit to a depth of 3".
4Insert a concrete anchor (K) into to each hole.
5If necessary, a hammer can be used to lightly tap each anchor into place so that they are flush with the wall.
6Once all of the anchors are in place, move the wall plate back into position. Check the bubble level to verify that the wall plate is level.
7Insert bolt (J) with washer
Step 2 Display Bracket Installation
1To ensure optimal installation, this kit includes various screws of different diameters and lengths.
2Place your TV screen down on a soft, flat surface, and locate the threaded mounting points that are located on the back of the display.
3Determine which screw (A/B/C/D/E/F/G/H) is of the correct length by carefully inserting a straw, or toothpick, and mark how deep the mounting point is.
4According to the size of display's hole, choose the corresponding screw and hole on the rectangle washer, then thread them in line as shown (figure
5If your display has a curved back or a recessed thread mounting point, place the spacer (M) between the mounting bracket and display and then choose screw (F/G/H) to match (figure
Step 3 Final Installation & Adjustment
1Hook the TV rails over the top of wall plate
2The TV rail can be tilted down up to 15 degrees. To make this adjustment, first loosen the knob and pull or push the rail until it is in the desired position. Once the desired level of tilt is achieved,
3On the TV rail equipped with lock, lock it to avoid the theft by rotating the key until the hook touches the bottom bar of the wall plate
4On the TV rail equipped with screw, rotate the long screw at the bottom of the display rail to tighten it & secure mount (figure
Maintenance
Check the mounting screws every two months for tightness.
