Installing the TV

Connecting a Camcorder

For easy connection of the camcorder, the TV has front Audio and Video inputs (shown below). However, if you prefer, you can also connect the camcorder to the TV’s rear Audio and Video IN jacks.

1Using A/V cables, connect the camcorder’s Audio and Video OUT jacks to the TV’s Audio and Video IN jacks.

A/V output

If you have a mono camcorder, connect its left audio output to the

TV’s AUDIO L jack.

If your camcorder has an S VIDEO jack: For best picture quality, use an S VIDEO connection instead of the yellow video cable on your combined A/V cable. Using an S VIDEO cable, connect the camcorder’s S VIDEO OUT jack to the TV’s S VIDEO IN jack. S VIDEO does not provide audio, so audio cables must still be connected to provide sound.
