1INPUT SELECTOR dial Use to select an input source.

2STANDBY/ON

Switches the receiver between on and standby. Power indicator lights when the receiver is on.

3PHASE CONTROL – Press to switch on/off Phase Control or Full Band Phase Control (page 10).

MCACC POSITION – Press to switch between MCACC presets (page 31).

AUTO SURR/STREAM DIRECT – Press to select Auto Surround (page 28) or Stream Direct (page 30) listening.

4 Remote sensor

Receives the signals from the remote control (see Operating range of remote control unit on page 24).

5Character display See Display on page 25.

6PHASE CONTROL indicator – Lights to indicate Phase Control or Full Band Phase Control is selected (page 10).

ADVANCED MCACC indicator – Lights when one of the MCACC presets (page 31) is selected.1

Digital Precision Processing indicator – Lights to indicate digital processing (for example, it disappears when Pure Direct (page 30) is on, or when listening through the multichannel analog inputs).

Note

1The MCACC indicator does not light when the MCACC preset memory currently being selected has not been corrected with Acoustic Calibration EQ Professional or when EQ is set to OFF in the Audio parameter menu (see Setting the Audio options on page 71).
