4.8.7 Resetting the Password

When the MENU button is pressed, the On Screen Display (OSD) appears on the Video Settings page. Press the button to change to the Parental Controls page.

Press the OK button and the first of the 4 Password boxes will be highlighted.

Press the buttons in this exact sequence. Press the OK button.

The password has now been reset to “0000" and the following message will appear.

NOTE: If you use the Clear All function on the Parental Controls menu, it will NOT clear any channels that are selected as Blocked on this page. Channels blocked on this page can only be Unblocked individually on this page.

4.9 Setting the Sleep Timer

The Sleep Timer lets you set a time delay to turn off the Plasma HDTV automatically.

To set the Sleep Timer using the remote control:

1.Press the SLEEP button on the remote control. The Sleep Timer appears in the center of you screen.

2.Press the SLEEP button one or more times to select the time you want. The choices are 30, 60, 90 or 120 minutes.

To turn off the sleep time using the remote control, press the SLEEP button repeatedly until Off appears on the screen.
