Using WebDisk

1.When any user clicks on the WebDisk icon, they will see all available public folders.

2.When they click on the name of a public folder, they will see the files within that folder.

3.When user clicks on a file name, the file will be downloaded.

File Search

Search for specific files or folders.

 

Sort

Arrange all files and folders by type,

 

 

name, size, or last modified date.

 

Delete

Delete the selected files or folders.

 

Page Number

Use this to navigate when multiple

 

 

pages are required to list the

 

 

contents of the selected directories.

 

Create New

Enter a new folder name and press

 

Folder

the Create button.

 

Upload Files

Browse to the desired file location

 

 

and press the Upload button.

NOTE

The Delete, Create New Folder, and Upload Files options are only visible if the user has write access to the specific folder.

To access folders with access control, you must first login with a local user account. To log in, please click on the Login icon on the lower left hand corner.
