Set a CD that contains MP3/WMA files
1 and close the disc cover.
A menu appears.

To stop the playback
Press STOP.
To pause playback
Press PAUSE/STEP during playback.
Notes
•Some discs may not permit this operation.
•WMA tracks
•The BITSTREAM/PCM jack outputs MP3/WMA sounds in the linear PCM format regardless of the current “Digital Out” selection. 49
•If you stop playback by pressing the STOP button, and then press the PLAY button, playback will start from the beginning of the track.
•The SKIP, REPEAT and RANDOM functions are also available.
•No sound is output during fast reverse playback (REV) and fast forward playback (FWD) of MP3 files. Also, REV and/or FWD is unavailable for WMA files.
This player requires discs/recordings to meet certain
technical standards in order to achieve optimal playback
quality.
