How to Obtain Warranty Services

If, after following all of the operating instructions in this manual and checking the section “Before Calling Service Personnel”, you find that service is needed:

(1)For instructions on how to obtain warranty service for exchange program DVD Players contact TACP’s toll free Call Center at 1-866-583-7353.

(2)Include your bill of sale or other proof of purchase along with the DVD player, when sending it to the Authorized TACP Service Station SPECIFIED by TACPs Call Center. You must pay for all transportation and insurance charges for the DVD Product to and from the Service Station.

ALL WARRANTIES IMPLIED BY THE LAW OF ANY STATE OF THE U.S.A., INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE EXPRESSLY LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THE LIMITED WARRANTIES SET FORTH ABOVE. The time within which action must be commenced to enforce any obligation of TACP arising under this warranty or under any law of the United States or of any state thereof is hereby limited to 90 days from the date you discovered or should have discovered, the defect. This limitation does not apply to implied warranties arising under the law of any state of the U.S.A.

THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH MAY VARY FROM STATE TO STATE IN THE U.S.A. SOME STATES OF THE U.S.A. DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, WHEN AN ACTION MAY BE BROUGHT, OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE AFOREMENTIONED LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU UNDER SUCH CIRCUMSTANCES.
