Setting the sleep timer

To use the remote control to set the sleep timer to turn off the TV automatically:

1. Press SLEEP to set the length of time until the TV turns off.

Every time you press SLEEP, the time display will increase by 10 minutes, up to 3 hours.

00h00m → 00h10m → 00h20m 02h50m → 03h00m → 00h00m

To cancel the sleep timer:

Press SLEEP until it is set to 00h00m. To use the menu system to set the sleep timer:

1.Press MENU, and then press x or • until the TIMER menu appears.

2.Press y or z to highlight SLEEP TIMER.

3.Press the Number buttons (0Ð9) or x or • button to enter the length of time until the TV turns off automatically.

4.Press EXIT to start the timer.

Setting the ON timer

To set the ON timer to turn on the TV automatically:

1.Press MENU, and then press x or • until the TIMER menu appears.

2.Press y or z to highlight ON TIMER.

3.Press the Number buttons (0Ð9) or x or • button to enter the length of time until the TV turns on automatically.

You can set the ON timer in 10-minute increments, up to 12h00m.

4.Press EXIT. (The ON timer will start.)

5.Press POWER to turn off the TV.

The TV will turn on automatically after the length of time you set in the ON Timer.

¥To display the amount of time left until the TV turns on or off automatically, press

RECALL.
