SETUP

Audio Setup

Use the DIRECTION keys to highlight the desired audio selection and press ENTER to confirm.

Item	Description	Default Option
	Sets the player’s Optical Out (audio) signal. For use with
	5.1-channel receivers (see your receiver’s manuals for
Digital Out	more details).	SPDIF/RAW
	Note: When a digital connection is not in use, this option
	should be set to “Off” to minimize circuit interference.

Custom Setup

Use the DIRECTION keys to highlight the desired Custom Setup selection and press ENTER to confirm.

Item	Description	Default Option
	Sets the maturity rating level of the player. The player
Parental Ctrl	will not play any discs rated higher than this setting.	8: ADULT
	This setting is password protected (the default pass-
	word is: 8888).
	Change the Parental Ctrl password. Enter the old password, the new pass-
Password	word, and then the new password again to verify.
	DO NOT FORGET THE PASSWORD; this password cannot be
	reset.
	Displays an on-screen prompt whenever an alternate
Angle Mark	angle becomes available for viewing (press ANGLE to	On, Off
	view).
	Resets all settings to their factory-default state.
Default	This will not reset the Parental Ctrl	Read
	password.
