If you suspect that your ROKSAN Caspian DVD Player is not operating properly, you should check all the connections carefully. Pay particular attention to input and output connections. Phono plugs should be fully inserted- a frequent cause of problems is that Phono plug surrounds do not make proper contact. Check the DVD Setup Menu and ensure the correct outputs are selected. Below are some commonly encountered problems with suggestions for possible cure. The list is not exhaustive: If you have any unresolved problems, please consult your appointed ROKSAN dealer or distributor.

| If using a HiFi amplifier, try another sound source. |
Distorted sound. | Ensure that the input settings for the TV and stereo system are proper. |

No audio at Digital Output | Check the digital connections. |
| Check the settings menu to make sure that the SPDIF output is set to ON. |
| Check if the audio format of the selected audio language matches your receiver |
| capabilities. |
Distorted picture. | Check the disc for fingerprints and clean with a soft cloth, wiping from center to |
| edge. |
| Sometimes a small amount of picture distortion may appear. This is not a |
| malfunction. |
Completely distorted picture or no | The disc format is not according to the |

Picture is distorted during rapid advance or rapid reverse.
The picture will be somewhat distorted at times: this is normal.
