Custom setting – Changing the Closed Caption setting

DVD includes so-called “closed captions” which describe the scene to persons with impaired hearing. It is possible to turn the closed captions ON and OFF.

Select “CUSTOM SETUP” under “Changing the default settings (SET UP)” on page 24.

Move the “ Joystick” up and down to select “CLOSED CAP- TION”, then press “ENT”.

Does not display the closed captions. Set to OFF at time of shipment from factory.
