Connecting to an Aerial or Cable Television Network

To view TV channels correctly, a signal must be received by the set from one of the following sources:

◆An outdoor aerial

◆A cable TV network

◆ A satellite network (see page 10 for further details)

1In the first three cases, connect the aerial or network input cable to the 75Ω coaxial socket on the rear of the TV.

Connecting a non-AV-Link VCR

 

You can connect a VCR to the TV using a:

 

 

◆ Coaxial cable

◆ SCART cable

 

 

 

◆ S-Video cable

Aerial output

Plug the aerial input cable into the appropriate socket on the VCR.

Connect a coaxial cable to the:

 

 

◆ VCR aerial output socket

 

 

◆ Television aerial input socket
