Setup and Reset

Safety Screen

The screen protection feature allows you to prevent image retention on the screen when a stationary image is displayed on the product screen for a long period of time.

Setting Pixel Shift

1.Press [m] on the product.

2.Move to Setup using the [] buttons. Next, press the [] button.

3.Move to Safety Screen using the [] buttons. Next, press the [] button.

4.Move to Pixel Shift using the [] buttons. Next, press the [] button.

The following screen will appear.

•  Pixel Shift: To prevent after-images on the screen, you can use this function to have pixels move on the LCD in the Horizontal or Vertical direction.

•  Horizontal: Sets how many pixels the screen moves horizontally. Five adjustment levels: 0, 1, 2, 3, and 4.

•  Vertical: Sets how many pixels the screen moves vertically. Five adjustment levels: 0, 1, 2, 3, and 4.

•  Time: Set the time interval for performing the horizontal or vertical movement, respectively.

5.Configure the settings as required using the [] buttons.

Configuring Timer

1.Press [m] on the product.

2.Move to Setup using the [] buttons. Next, press the [] button.

3.Move to Safety Screen using the [] buttons. Next, press the [] button.

4.Move to Timer using the [] buttons. Next, press the [] button.

The following screen will appear.

•  Timer: You can set the timer for Screen Burn Protection.

The image retention elimination mode automatically deactivates after a specified period of time.

•  Mode: You can change the Safety Screen Type. Bar / Eraser / Pixel

•  Period: Use this function to set the execution period for each mode set in the timer.

•  Time: Within the set period of time specify a time for execution. 10 sec / 20 sec / 30 sec / 40 sec / 50 sec

5.Configure the settings as required using the [] buttons.
