¾Load Default: This entry is to set the DVR back to factory settings. Please remember if you are having difficulties with your DVR we suggest restoring the defaults before calling Tech support. Initially Load defaults is set to No. To Load the defaults simply use the arrow buttons to change this option to yes. This will bring up a second dialog which asks you if you want to do a load defaults again. Use the arrow buttons to select yes and press the enter button.

¾Password Enable: This field is to turn the password function on or off. The default is set to No. If you would like to enable the password change this option to yes. To change this, simply use the arrow keys on the DVR which also represent the channel 1-4 keys (These are the top four buttons). Use the up and down arrow keys to make your selection.

¾Password: This field is the password for the system when the password is enabled. The password supports up to 6 characters. The available alphanumeric characters are:

ƒ0 to 9, A to Z, and /( ) . - * & @ : ”
