Screen Saver

The Screen Saver is the moving DVD logo that appears on your TV screen when playback is stopped. It prevents damage to your TV screen caused by leaving a still image on the TV too long.

1 Press SYSTEM MENU.

 

2 The GENERAL SETUP PAGE will be selected. Press OK or 4.

 

3 Press 4 to select SCREEN SAVER, then press 2.

4 Press 3 or 4 to select ON or OFF, then press OK. Your selection will be highlighted in brown. Choose ON to have the Screen Saver appear on your TV screen when you have not used the Player or its remote for approximately five minutes and playback is stopped or paused.To disable the screen saver, choose OFF.A dark blue DVD screen will appear when playback is stopped.

5 Press SYSTEM MENU to remove the menus.

DVD Player Defaults

To restore the original settings of the DVD Player, follow the steps below.

1 Press STOP 7twice to stop Disc playback completely.

2 Press SYSTEM MENU.

3 Press 2 to select the PREFERENCE PAGE icon at the top of the menu, then press OK or 4.

4 Press 4 to select DEFAULT. Press 2 to highlight RESET in green, then press OK. The original settings of the DVD Player will be restored.The menus will disappear automatically.

Helpful Hint

Restoring the Defaults will reset the Player’s menus to English.
