If you have a standard TV. In this case, a wide picture with black bands on the upper and lower portions of the TV screen will be displayed.
4:3 Pan Scan
If you have a regular TV and want both sides of the picture to be trimmed or formatted to fit your TV screen.
4 Press OK, then press 1 to return to the Video Setup Page.
1 Press SYSTEM MENU.
2 Press 3 4 to select ‘Video Setup’ page.
3 Press OK to confirm.

If you have a wide screen TV.

The options in the Video Setup menu are: ‘TV Standard’,‘TV Display’,‘Closed Captions’,‘Video Output’,‘Progressive’ and ‘Smart Picture’.
