DEMO MODE

Wth Demo Mode On, a split screen demo will be shown, left half and right half. When Demo mode is on, you will ee the features in activation on the right half of the screen while the left half shows the image without activated

features.

Press the MENU button on the remote control to display the onscreen menu.

Press CURSOR < or > until the Features is highlighted.

Press CURSOR > to display the Feature menu.

Press CURSOR < or > until Digi Pic Demo is	>>< >
Press CURSOR < or > until Digi Pic Demo is	VOL
highlighted.

Press CURSOR > or < to select ON or Off.

When finished, press the STATUS / EXIT button to remove the menu from the TV’s screen.

Note : You may also activate the Digi Pic Mode by pressing the MUTE button for approximately 3-4 seconds. The split

screen demo will appear for 20 seconds after which the TV

will automatically return to normal.

HELPFUL HINTS

When the Digi Pic Demo is set to ON the Active Control will be de-activated. Active control is available only when Digi Pic Demo is set to OFF

4:3 EXPAND FORMAT CONTROL

Many times while watching movies from a DVD player, the image is shown in “letterbox” format. This is the format shown in movie theaters. When shown on TV screen, the image will have areas of black on top and bottom of the

screen.

1	The Expand 4:3 can be activated using
	the CURSOR < or > when the onscreen menu
	is not being displayed. Pressing these buttons will

toggle between Standard 4:3 and Expand 4:3
