TIMER - TIME ZONE

Timer feature allows you to select the time zone you are in. This Feature is only available in Digital Mode

Press MENU button on the remote

control to display the onscreen menu.

Press CURSOR < or > to scroll

through the onscreen menu until you

see DTV Setup highlighted.

Press CURSOR > followed by CURSOR

< or > to scroll through the DTV Setup

features until you see Timer highlighted.

Press CURSOR > followed by

highlighted.CURSOR < or > until Time Zone is

Press CURSOR > repeatedly to select

the Time Zone you are in. Choices

include Central, Mountain, Pacific,

 

Alaska, Hawaii, Atlantic and Eastern.

When finished, press MENU button on

the remote control four times to exit the

menu from the TV screen.

TIMER - DAYLIGHT SAVING

Daylight Saving feature in Digital Mode allows you to adjust the timer on the TV an hour ahead of the official standard time. Daylight Saving is only available in Digital Mode.

Press MENU button on the remote

control to display the onscreen menu.

Press CURSOR < or > to scroll

through the onscreen menu until you

see DTV Setup highlighted.

Press CURSOR > followed by CURSOR

< or > to scroll through the DTV Setup

features until you see Timer highlighted.

Press CURSOR > followed by

highlighted.CURSOR < or > until Daylight Sav is

Press CURSOR > to select On or

Off. If Daylight Saving is set to On,

the Timer on the TV will display One hour

 

ahead of the actual time. If Daylight Saving

 

is set to Off, the Timer on the TV will

 

display the actual Time set.

When finished, press MENU button on

the remote four times to exit the menu

from the TV screen.

Please be reminded to set Daylight Saving to Off after the Daylight Saving Season.
