Press repeatedly until Preset main menu is selected.

Press repeatedly until Channel submenu is selected.

Press repeatedly to select the Channel number. Example: to change to channel nuber 31.

Press repeatedly until Band submenu is selected.

Select the frequency band (VHFL/VHFH/UHF).
