Press (Home).
»» The home menu appears.
Press the Navigation buttons to select [Setup], then press OK.
Select [Advanced TV settings], then press OK.
Select [Preferences] > [Teletext 2.5], then press OK.
Select [On] or [Off], then press OK.
When in teletext, press OK to highlight the first word or number.
Press the Navigation buttons to skip to the word or number.
Press OK to begin the search.
Press until no word or number is highlighted to exit the search.
Select [Teletext], then press OK.
Press (Options).
»» The teletext options menu appears.

Access the teletext options menu

Access the teletext features through the teletext options menu.

1 When watching TV, press (Browse).

4 Select an option:

• [Freeze page]Freezes the current page.

• [Dual screen]/[Full screen]Enables and disables dual screen teletext.

• [Reveal]Hides or reveals hidden information on a page, such as solutions to riddles or puzzles.

• [T.O.P. overview] Table Of Pages teletext broadcast allow you to jump from one subject to another without entering page numbers.

• [Enlarge]/[Normal view] Enlarge the teletext page. Press the Navigation buttons to move around the enlarged screen.

• [Cycle subpages]Cycles through subpages automatically if subpages are available.

• [Languages]Switches to a different language group to display a language correctly when it uses a different character set.

5 Press OK to confirm your choice.

Tip

•• To exit the options menu, press (Options).

Select teletext subpages

A teletext page can hold several subpages. Subpages are displayed on a bar next to the main page number.

1 When available on a teletext page, press or to select subpages.

Search teletext

Search a teletext page by subject or word.

Use Teletext 2.5

Teletext 2.5 offers more colors and better graphics than normal teletext. If Teletext 2.5 is broadcast by a channel, it is switched on by default.
