Tape Speeds

This chart shows the recording/playback time for 3 types of video cassettes (T160, T120 and T60). There are 3 playback speeds: SP, LP and SLP. A tape will play only in the speed in which it was recorded. When recording, you can change the tape speed using REC MODE. You cannot record in LP speed on this TV/VCR/DVD.

The slower the speed, the more programming you can fit on the tape. SLP is the slowest speed.
