OPERATIONS and ADJUSTMENTS

Harness Straps:

5 Changing Harness Strap Slots:

To tighten: Pull belt tab (fig. a).

MUST use slots at or just above shoulders.

To loosen: Lift lever on front of car seat

A Loosen harness straps:

 

while pulling harness straps (fig. b).

 

 

 

 

 

Lift lever on front of car seat.

 

 

Pull harness straps.

Harness Tie:

To open: Press tab and pull apart (fig. c).

To close: Snap halves together. Make sure harness tie is locked by pulling out on each half.

Buckle:

To lock: Insert both tongues into buckle. Pull up on tongues to be sure they are locked.

To unlock: Press red button and pull tongues out of buckle.

Tether Strap (fig. d):

To tighten: Pull loose end of strap.

To loosen: Lift adjuster

BRemove both harness strap loops from Splitter Plate on back of car seat.

CChange harness strap slots.

Make sure harness straps are threaded through matching slot of seat pad and car seat.

It may be necessary to remove seat pad from top of car seat.

DPut right strap loop on Splitter Plate first, then attach left strap loop. (fig. e).

Make sure each strap is securely attached.

EAdjust harness straps to fit child (see 1 ). NOTE: Make sure straps are NOT twisted.
