HARNESS SYSTEM - removal and re-assembly

Removal:

Harness with Breast Plates:

Remove harness strap loops from Splitter Plates on back and bottom of car seat.

Pull harness strap out of car seat.

NOTE: It is not necessary to remove harness tie and tongues from harness straps.

Store all parts for future use.

Push buckle and crotch strap down into crotch strap opening.

Harness without Breast Plates:

Remove harness strap loops from Splitter Plate on back of car seat.

Pull harness strap out of car seat, harness tie, and tongues.

Store all parts for future use.

Push buckle and crotch strap down into crotch strap opening.

Re-assembly:

When re-assembling harness system, be sure harness straps are not twisted.

1Harness with Breast Plates:

Thread Splitter Plate and looped end of harness straps down through slots in seat pad, under both Clips on bottom and slide harness strap loop through Splitter Plate slot.

Harness without Breast Plates:

Thread end of harness strap down through slot in seat pad, under both clips on bottom and back up through slot in opposite side of

car seat pad, through harness tongues and harness tie.

2IMPORTANT: Harness strap MUST be threaded over adjustment strap on bottom of car seat as shown in illustrations.

3Thread ends of harness straps through matching slots in back of seat pad and car seat.

4Re-attach harness straps to Splitter Plate on back:

Put right strap loop on Splitter Plate first, then attach left strap loop.

5Pull buckle out of of buckle slot.
