Preparing the Child Restraint

1 Attach Backrest to Seat Base

Place seat base close to an edge of a table. Pull back the flap cover to expose the backrest connection holes.

Align the backrest hooks with the holes on the base. The backrest will need to be below the seat base. Rotate the backrest down and insert the hooks into the seat base. Make sure the cover does not get caught between the moving parts.

2 Raise Backrest

Rotate the backrest up until it locks into place.

NOTE: The hooks on the side of the backrest lock into the arms of the seat base.

Headrest Adjustment

1 To Adjust the Headrest

This child restraint has 8 headrest positions.

2 To Raise or Lower Headrest

Squeeze the headrest adjustment handle to raise or lower the headrest to the desired position. Release the headrest adjustment handle.

Pull up and down on the headrest to make sure it is locked.
