sensors can be set. When a signal of an external sensor is detected, the video of the corresponding channel will be recorded.

￿In the sensor selection window, select a external sensor channel.

￿Select the sensor type.

NC(Normal Close) : Normally closed; opens when a signal is received

NO(Normal Open) : Normally open; closes when a signal is received

C)Post-Event

Set up the time of the recording duration after an event is taken place. Select between 5 – 300 seconds.

￿ Select the recording duration using the arrow keys and the Select button.

The recording duration unit is a second. Record the image for the duration time set at every event detected.

The user can set every channel with the same duration by pressing the Select button after moving the focus on the top of {Post} column.

6-2-5.Alarm Action

This feature is used to generate alarms through the buzzer, mail, spot monitor, Relay or TTL in case of an event.

A)Alarm

A.Motion

Move to {Menu} Æ {Setup} Æ {Recording} Æ {Recording} Æ {Mode}. The alarm goes off if the motion is detected. Select {On} / {Off}.

B.Sensor

Move to {Menu} Æ {Setup} Æ {Recording} Æ {Recording} Æ {Mode}. The alarm goes off if the sensor is detected. Select {On} / {Off}.

B)PTZ Preset

When an event occurs, the PTZ camera will be preset.

A.Sensor

Move to {Menu} Æ {Setup} Æ {Recording} Æ {Recording} Æ {Mode}. PTZ camera goes to the pre-set position if the sensor is detected. Select {On} / {Off}.
