2.Files that are erased cannot be recovered. Make sure you have selected the images you want to erase.

2.Press the Mode button to turn on the menu and then use

to select [Format Storage] on the screen. Press the Shutter button.
3.When the message “Format will destroy all data. Continue?” appears on the screen. Press Shutter button to format the files; press the Menu button not to format the files.
(press the Menu button once to return to main menu, press the Menu button twice to return to playback status.)
4.If all files (Photos and video clips) are formatted, the message “No Image” appears on the on the TFT.
5.Files that have been protected (see the following section) can be erased if “Format Storage” is selected.
