BASIC OPERATIONAL FLOW

Once you have finished all connections (P.10) and prepared the remote control (P.11), please follow the procedure below to copy music data from a CD to the HDD and listen to it!

(In this procedure, we use a remote control to operate the unit although buttons on the unit control it in the same way.)

1Press POWER on the unit to turn it on.

The display shows the “WELCOME” message, then the unit becomes ready to operate.

2Set a CD on the disc tray.

Press f to open/close the disc tray.

Place a CD properly as aligned in the recess with its label side facing up.

The unit starts to read the disc information (disc type and disc capacity), then “Reading” appears in the display (the process may take 10 to 20 seconds depending on the disc condition).
