Selecting the menu language

Selecting the battery type

Set the battery type to match the type of battery you are using in your camera. This will ensure that the correct battery level is displayed on the LCD monitor.

•Only alkaline, NiMH, or lithium batteries should be used in your camera.

•Battery type can only be selected when Simple mode is turned off. Follow the instructions on page 5 to turn Simple mode off.
