Setting the Flash Mode

1Slide the _(_ (flash pop-up) control. The flash pops up.

When the flash is lowered, the flash mode will be fixed at

@(off).

2 Press the rotary multi selector _ (flash mode).

The flash mode menu is displayed.

3Use the rotary multi selector to choose the desired mode and press the _) button.

The icon for the selected flash mode is displayed.

When _tA[JI[}(auto) is applied, _

is only displayed

for a

few seconds, regardless of Photo

Ira setting is not applied by pressing the _) button within a few seconds, the selection will be canceled.

If the flash will not be used, gently lower the flash until it clicks into place.
