Safety Instructions

1) Warning

To reduce the risk of fire or electric shock, do not expose this appliance to rain or moisture.

To prevent electric shock, match the wide blade of the AC plug to the wide slot of the AC outlet, and insert fully.

7)Do not defeat the safety purpose of the polarized or grounding-type plug.

A polarized plug has two blades with one wider than the other. A grounding type plug has two blades and a third grounding prong. The wide blade or third prong are provided for your safety. If the provided plug does not fit into your outlet, consult an electrician for replacement of the obsolete outlet.

8)Only use attachments/accessories specified by the manufacturer.

9)Use of Cart

Use only with the cart, stand, tripod, bracket or table specified by the manufacturer, or sold with the apparatus. When a cart is used, use caution when moving the cart/apparatus combination to avoid injury from tip-over.

10) Disconnect apparatus.

Unplug this apparatus during lightning storms or when unused for long periods of time.

11) Water and Moisture

The appliance should not be used near water. For example, near a bathtub, wash-bowl, Kitchen sink, laundry tub, in a wet basement, or near a swimming pool, etc.

12) Ventilation

The appliance should be situated so that its location or position does not interfere with its proper ventilation For example, the appliance should not be situated on a bed, sofa, rug or similar surface that may block the ventilation openings; or be placed in a built in situation, such as a bookcase or cabinet that may impede the flow of air through the ventilation openings. 13) Heat

The appliance should be situated away from heat sources such as radiators, heat registers, or other appliances (including amplifiers) that produce heat. 14) Power Sources

The appliance should be connected to a power supply only of the type described in the operating instructions or as marked on the appliance. 15) Power Cord Protection

Power supply cords should be routed so that they are not likely to be walked on or pinched by items placed on or against them, paying particular attention to cords at plugs, convenience receptacles, and the point where they exit from the appliance.

16) Cleaning

The speaker should be cleaned only as recommended by the manufacturer. 17) Non-Use Periods

The power cords of the appliance should be unplugged from the outlet when left unused for a long period of time.

18) Object and Liquid Entry

Care should be taken so that objects do not fall and liquids are not spilled into the enclosure through openings.

19) Damage Requiring Service

The appliance should be service by qualified personnel when; a) the power cord or the plug has been damaged; b) objects have fallen, or liquid has been spilled into the appliance; c) the appliance has been exposed to rain;

d)the appliance does not appear to operate normally or exhibits a marked change in performance; e) the appliance has been dropped, or the enclosure damaged.

20) Servicing

The user should not attempt to service the appliance beyond that described in the operating instructions. All other servicing should be referred to qualified service personnel.

21) Product Servicing

In the event your AudioSource product fails to operate properly, please contact the dealer where you purchased the unit, or you may contact AudioSource directly for further assistance.

LIMITED WARRANTY

Phoenix Gold International, Inc. (or "AudioSource") warrants this product against defects in materials and workmanship for a limited period of time. For a period of two years from date of original purchase, we will repair or replace the product, at our option, without charge for parts and labor.

Customer must pay all parts and labor charges after the limited warranty period expires. The limited warranty period for factory refurbished products expires after ninety (90) days from date of original purchase. This limited warranty applies only to purchases from authorized AudioSource Electronics retailers. This limited warranty is extended only to the original purchaser and is valid only to consumers in the United States.

Consumers are required to provide a copy of the original sales invoice from an authorized AudioSource dealer when making a claim against this limited warranty. This limited warranty only covers failures due to defects in materials or workmanship that occur during normal use. It does not cover failures resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, mishandling, misapplication, alteration, faulty installation, modification, service by anyone other than Phoenix Gold, or damage that is attributable to Acts of God. It does not cover costs of transportation to Phoenix Gold or damage in transit.

This warranty will become void if the serial number identification has been wholly or partially removed, altered or erased. Repair or replacement under the terms of this warranty does not extend the terms of this warranty.

Should a product prove to be defective in workmanship or material, the consumer's sole remedies will be repair or replacement as provided under the terms of this warranty. Under no circumstances shall Phoenix Gold be liable for loss or damage, direct, consequential or incidental, arising out of the use of or inability to use the product. There are no express warranties other than described above.
