Digital Still Camera mode

MJPEG RECORDING

Audio cannot be recorded onto the Memory Stick.

Recording moving pictures onto a MEMORY STICK.

1. Insert the MEMORY STICK into the slot on your camcorder.

2.Set the mode switch to MEMORY STICK position.

3.Set the power switch to CAMERA mode.

4. Press the START/STOP button.

When MJPEG SIZE in the menu setting is set to 320 240, the maximum recording time is 15 seconds. however, when MJPEG SIZE in the menu settings is set to 160 120, the maximum recording time is 60 seconds.

You can record a camera still image onto the memory stick by pressing the Photo button instead of the START/STOP button.

5. Press the START/STOP button to stop the recording.

The camcorder starts to write the moving picture to the Memory Stick when recording is finished.

While the camcorder is writing the moving picture, “ ” appears on the screen.

Notes

The moving picture images that you recorded are saved in *.avi file format on the Memory Stick.

You can record the moving picture images as 320 240 pixel or 160 120 pixel.

The files that you recorded are saved in a following folder.
