PRIVATE BANK

The BC355N also provides 3 separate banks to hold favorite frequencies. When you find a frequency that you would like to listen to again, you can program it into either the PD/FD/EMG or AIR/MRN service bank or into the Private bank. The advantage to programming frequencies into the Private bank is that you can scan that bank with other service banks turned off.

Note: Although it is possible to program a Weather frequency into the Private bank, it is not recommended.. Weather frequencies broadcast continuously, and the scanner will not change to other frequencies..

Programming Frequencies and Channels

Up to 100 frequencies (1 frequency per channel) can be programmed into each of the following banks (300 frequencies combined):

•Police/Fire/EMG

•Air/Marine

•Private

Any displayed frequency for these banks can be programmed into the scanner, and frequencies not currently displayed can be
