7.Encienda el receptor. Si su sistema dispone de un receptor AR1 o UR1, su piloto “Power” se quedará iluminado en rojo. (Nota: el receptor UM1 no tiene ningún piloto luminoso).

8.Encienda su transmisor AH1. Si su sistema consta de un receptor AR1, el piloto "Power/ RF" del AR1 debería cambiar de color del rojo al verde, para indicar que está recibiendo una señal RF válida y que está colocado y posicionado correctamente. Si su sistema consta de un receptor UR1 o UM1, uno de los pilotos “A/B Receiver” se iluminará para indicarle que el receptor “A” (izquierdo) o el “B” (derecho) se está usando en ese momento. El medidor UR1/UM1 también indicará la fuerza de la señal RF entrante.

9.Encienda ahora el amplificador y/o mesa de mezclas que tenga conectado pero mantenga su volumen completamente abajo. Asegúrese de que el transmisor AH1 no esté anulado. Ajuste el mando de volumen, nivel o nivel AF del receptor completamente a la derecha; eso será la ganancia unitaria.

10.Hable o cante en su micrófono de diadema (o toque en el instrumento al que haya conectado el micrófono de instrumentos de viento) a un nivel de ejecución normal mientras va aumentando lentamente el control de nivel de entrada audio de su amplificador o mesa de mezclas hasta que consiga el nivel que quiera.

11.Vaya dando una vuelta por la zona que quiera cubrir a la vez que observa el piloto "Power/RF" o el medidor RF del receptor; debería indicar una suficiente recepción RF en todas las zonas de cobertura (en el caso del AR1, el piloto quedará iluminado en color verde de forma fija). Si es necesario, coloque en otro lugar el receptor (o su antena). Si necesita cubrir una zona mayor, puede sustituir este receptor por un receptor de diversidad real Samson UR1 o UM1(ajustado al mismo canal que el transmisor).

12.Si escucha cualquier ruido espúreo proveniente de la salida del receptor cuando el transmisor está apagado, utilice el destornillador de plástico para ajustar el control de nivel de anulación (squelch), girándolo lentamente hacia la derecha hasta que
