SETTING UP PLAY BACK FUNCTIONS

6.Select the desired sub menu by pressing the UP ( ) / DOWN ( ) buttons.

-ONE IMAGE : This protects a single image.

-ALL IMAGES : This protects all the images on the CF CARD.

7.Press the OK button and the PROTECT setting display will show on the LCD monitor.

EXIT : MENUSET : OK

Select the desired sub menu by pressing the UP ( ) / DOWN ( ) buttons and press OK button.

-LOCK : Sets up the PROTECT function.

-UNLOCK : Discards the protect function

8.If you select [ONE IMAGE] in step 6, the other image can be protected by pressing the LEFT( ) / RIGHT( ) button. The process of setting up is same as step 7.

9.Pressing the MENU button clears the menu display and the LOCK indicator will show on the LCD monitor as shown below.

LOCK indicator

There is no indicator when the UNLOCK function has been selected.

Reference

An image in LOCK mode will be protected from [DELETE] or [DELETE ALL] functions, but will NOT be protected from the [FORMAT] function.
