SAFETY PRECAUTIONS AND Avoid opening the unit - No further servicing than that described in this manual should MAINTENANCE be attempted by the user. Refer all servicing to authorised Audio Analogue dealers and

qualified technicians.

Do not expose the unit to heat - Keep it away from heat sources such as direct sun, cookers, radiators, etc..

Do not use the unit near water or in excessively humid or dusty areas.

Do not allow liquids to spill on the unit.

Provide sufficient ventilation - Please leave at least 2" (5cm) all around as the unit is designed to operate warm. If possible, don’t place any other unit or object on the top cover of the amplifier; avoid covering heat sinks.

Before powering-up, check that the unit it set to your local mains voltage! - Never connect the unit to a higher voltage than that indicated. If in doubt, consult your dealer.

Before plugging in, make sure the power switch on the rear panel is on the "OFF" position.

Always earth this unit - As it's enclosure is made of metal, a faulty or missing earth may be dangerous.

 

Unplug the unit from mains if unused for long periods.

 

Always replace fuses with same type - Bypassing fuses may represent a safety

 

hazard.

 

 

 

 

Cleaning the unit - Always switch off before cleaning; wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth.

 

Never use any solvents or alcohol-based cleaning liquids.

To fit a mains plug, please follow these instructions:

 

 

The wires in the mains lead are coloured in accordance with the following code:

As the colours of the wires in the mains lead of this appliance may not correspond with

 

the coloured markings identifying the terminals in your plug, proceed as follows:

 

The wire which is coloured green and yellow must be connected to the terminal in the

 

plug which is marked with the letter E or by the earth symbol

, or coloured green

 

and yellow;

 

 

 

The wire which is coloured blue must be connected to the terminal which is marked

 

with the letter N or coloured black;

 

 

 

The wire which is coloured brown must be connected to the terminal which is marked

 

with the letter L or coloured red.

 

 

 

13 Amp plugs must have a 3 Amp fuse fitted.

Non usare l'apparecchio in prossimità di acqua o in zone eccessivamente umide

Non far cadere liquidi sull'apparecchio.

 

 

Prevedere una ventilazione sufficiente - Si prega di lasciare almeno 5cm intorno

poiché l'apparecchio é normalmente caldo durante il funzionamento. Preferibilmente non posare altri apparecchi o alcun oggetto sul coperchio superiore dell’amplificatore; non coprire i dissipatori..

Prima di alimentare l'apparecchio, controllate che la tensione di alimentazione indicata sul pannello posteriore corrisponda a quella locale di rete! - Non alimentate mai l'apparecchio con una tensione di rete maggiore di quella indicata. In caso di dubbi, consultate il vostro rivenditore.

Prima di inserire la spina nella presa a muro, assicurarsi che l'interruttore d'accensione sia nella posizione 'OFF'.

L'apparecchio deve essere sempre collegato a terra - Poiché l'involucro é costruito in metallo, una connessione di terra difettosa o mancante potrebbe essere pericolosa.

In caso di lunghi periodi di inutilizzo, staccate la spina dalla presa di rete. Sostituite i fusibili sempre con altri dello stesso tipo - "Ponticellare" fusibili può essere pericoloso.

Pulizia dell'apparecchio - Spegnete sempre prima di pulire; strofinate delicatamente con un panno morbido e pulito. Non usate mai solventi o detergenti a base di alcool.
