Recharging the Batteries (cont.)

Place the batteries in the charger following the orientation indicated in the charging compartment.

!!CAUTION: Never charge different types or sizes of batteries at the same time.

Plug the charger into an outlet with the correct voltage.

When charging is finished (between 5 and 8 hours), unplug the charger from the outlet and remove the batteries. The batteries may be warm to the touch; this is normal.

!Note: For best results, use batteries until they are completely empty. Then recharge them fully.

The camera has no power.

The camera may be turned off. Turn the Mode switch to REC or PLAY.

The camera may be inactive due to the automatic power down feature. In REC mode press the shutter button; in PLAY, turn the Mode switch to OFF and back to PLAY.
