Trouble check

If you run into any problem using the camcorder, use the following table to troubleshoot the problem. Should the difficulty persist, disconnect the power source and contact your Sony dealer or local authorized Sony service facility.

The battery pack is quickly discharged.

The camcorder does not operate when using a battery

The ambient temperature is too low. (p. 58)

The battery pack has not been charged fully.

mCharge the battery pack again. (p. 8)

The battery pack is completely dead, and cannot be recharged.

While charging the battery pack, no indicator appears or the indicator flashes in the display window.

The AC power adaptor is disconnected. mConnect it firmly.

Something is wrong with the battery pack.
