When using this function, you can minimize shutter jiggle.

[Preparation]

•Set the mode dial except for [ ]/[ ]. (P25)

1Press the [MENU] button.

2Press 3/4 to select [STABILIZER].

3Press 2/1 to select [ON]/[OFF].

4Press the [MENU] button.

•The menu will disappear.

•Only when selecting [OFF], the indication [ OFF ] 1 will appear.

•When too much jiggle happens or when taking a picture chasing a moving subject, it may not be stabilized.

•The stabilizer function may be less effective in the digital zoom zone.

•When taking pictures with a low shutter speed such as night portrait, the stabilizer function may be less effective.

•When the zoom lever is close to T and the shutter speed is slower than 1/125, the shutter jiggle alert 2 appears.

•We recommend using a tripod when the shutter jiggle alert appears.

•In simple mode [ ], the stabilizer function is fixed to [ON].
