This feature allows you to easily reset the camera to the factory default settings.

[Preparation]

•Set the mode dial except for [ ]/[ ]. (P23)

1Press the [MENU] button.

2Press 1 to open the setup menu.

3Press 3/4 to select [RESET] and then press 1.

4When this message is displayed “RESET REC SETTINGS?”, press 2 to select [YES].

5Press the 4/[REVIEW/SET] button.

•The message “REC SETTING RESET COMPLETED” is displayed for about 2 seconds.

6When this message is displayed

“RESET SETUP PARAMETERS?”, press 2 to select [YES].

7Press the 4/[REVIEW/SET] button to set.

•The clock setting is not reset.

8Press the [MENU] button.

•The menu will disappear.
