Adjusting the Brightness and Colour Level of the LCD Monitor/Finder

(LCD Monitor adjustment is only for models NV-VZ9 and NV-VZ10.)

If you select the [LCD/EVF SETUP] or the [EVF SETUP] Sub- Menu of the [VCR FUNCTIONS] or the [CAMERA FUNCTIONS] Main-Menu, the following items are displayed.

LCD Brightness [LCD BRIGHTNESS]

To adjust the brightness of the picture on the LCD screen.

LCD Colour Level [LCD COLOUR]

To adjust the colour saturation of the picture on the LCD screen.

Finder Brightness [EVF BRIGHTNESS]

To adjust the brightness of the picture in the Finder.

1 Press the [SET] Button to select the item that you want to adjust.

2 Turn the [34] Dial to increase or decrease the vertical bars of the Bar Indication.

The Bar Indication is divided into 8 steps. The more vertical bars are shown, the stronger is the brightness or colour saturation.

Exiting the Menu

Press the [MENU] Button twice.

 

 

 

These adjustments have no influence on the actual picture

recorded.

Adjusting the Angle of the LCD Monitor

 

The LCD Monitor rotates upward a maximum of 180o 1 and

 

downward a maximum of 90o 2 from its normal vertical

 

position. Trying to forcefully rotate it beyond this range could

 

seriously damage the Movie Camera.
