Copying using a DVD burner

●After copying is complete but before erasing the data on the SD card, check that the disc plays back and that data was copied correctly. (P.69)

●While copying is underway, do not turn off the unit or DVD burner or disconnect the mini AB USB connection cable. Also, do not subject the unit or DVD burner to impact.

●While copying is underway, the disc cannot be removed.

●Pictures are copied in the order in which they were recorded. Copying sequence cannot be changed.

●Pictures from multiple SD cards cannot be copied onto the same disc. ●Motion pictures and still pictures cannot be copied onto the same disc.

●A maximum of 9,999 pictures can be copied onto a single disc.

●If two or more discs are required for copying, the scenes which do not fit on one of the discs will be copied onto the next disc.

●The recording date for scenes or files copied to a disc using the DVD burner with this unit is the date that the scene or file was copied. This date may not be displayed properly depending on the software used.

●Motion pictures that are copied back to an SD card using the software packaged with the unit cannot be copied to discs on a DVD burner.

●It may not be possible to copy data which has been recorded by another unit. Such data may not be played back even if it is copied successfully.

●When still pictures have been copied onto an SD card using a computer, for instance, whatever is not displayed by the unit cannot be copied onto a disc.

●Depending on the playback device, it may not be possible to play back discs which have been created by connecting the DVD burner and the unit.

●When a disc that was created with this unit and the DVD burner is inserted into the DVD recorder, a message may be displayed prompting you to format the disc. Do not format the disc because all data will be erased and cannot be recovered.

Motion pictures and still pictures recorded with this unit can be copied to discs using DVD burners (sold separately).

Playing back discs

Select [PLAY DISC] on the [DVD BURNER] display (P.65). Select a thumbnail and play back the picture.

●When discs containing motion pictures and still pictures copied from other devices are played back from the unit, only the motion pictures are played back. It may not be possible to play back the discs which have been recorded by other units.

Exiting

Display the [DVD BURNER] display. (P.65)

Remove the disc from the DVD burner.

Disconnect the mini AB USB connection cable.

Deleting copied motion pictures

Motion pictures with a [] can be deleted all at once. Set the unit’s mode dial to [].

Make menu selections. (P.20)

→[EDIT SCENE]→[DELETE] →[COPIED] →[YES]

End deleting.
