Photo Book will not recognize my memory card.

ƒCheck to see that your memory card is inserted in the correct slot and in the correct orientation.

Can I play music in the background while viewing photo slideshow?

ƒTo play music along with your photos slideshow, copy your music (MP3, WMA, or AAC) files into the MUSIC folder on the Photo Book Internal Memory.

I have photos and videos on the Internal Memory, but they do not show up on Photo Book.

ƒMake sure your photo and videos files are copied into the PHOTO folder on the Photo Book Internal Memory. Photos and videos not copied into the PHOTO folder will not be played.

ƒCheck to see if your photos and video files are of supported format. Files with unsupported file format will not be displayed.

I checked my photos to be in JPEG format, but they still do not show up on Photo Book.

ƒMake sure your JPEG images are in “Baseline Standard” format. Photo Book supports Baseline JPEGs, and it does not support Progressive JPEGs.

ƒYou may use an imaging software such as Photoshop to check this: When

saving images in Photoshop: Click Save As, and Click OK.You will open the JPEG Options Dialogue Box. Next, choose Baseline (“Standard”) from the Format Options sections and click OK.

I have music files on the Internal Memory and/or memory cards, but I can’t get them to play along with my photo slideshow.

Can I specify which music files to play with a specific photo album?

ƒNo, all music files in the MUSIC folder on the Photo Book Internal Memory will play in the background in random order.

I have both photos and video files in a photo album, but the videos files are skipped in the slideshow.

ƒVideo files will be skipped in a photo slideshow. They can only be played one by one.

How can I reset my Photo Book if it freezes?

ƒIn the case that Photo Book encounters an error and freezes, you can reset it by press the Reset Button, locate in the pinhole at the bottom of Photo Book, with a paper clip or similar pointy object.
