When to Connect (PicturePlan only)

The When to Connect screen allows you to control how often your CEIVA frame will connect to the CEIVA Network and whether to suspend connections while you are traveling.

Connection Frequency

The Connection Frequency feature allows you to specify how often your CEIVA frame will automatically connect to the CEIVA Network to retrieve photos. If you are connecting via your phone line, the CEIVA frame will retrieve photos once every night. If you are connecting through your broadband or wireless network, you can set your CEIVA frame to retrieve photos multiple times per day. With any connection method, you can decrease the frequency of your CEIVA frame's auto-retrieval, for example, to once a week.

1.Press the Menu button.

2.Choose Settings, then Connection Settings, then When to Connect, and finally Connection Frequency, pressing the Select button after each.

3.Choose how often you want your CEIVA frame to connect and press the Select button. The default is Every Night.

4.Press the Select button when Save is highlighted to confirm your choice.

There are additional connection frequency options available in your online CEIVA account. If you choose an option that is only available online, no option will appear with a check mark when you access the Connection Frequency screen on your CEIVA frame.
