Responsibility for loss or damage does not transfer to manufacturer until the returned item is received.The repaired or replaced item will be shipped to buyer, at manufactur- er’s expense, not later than thirty (30) days after seller or manufacturer receives the defective product. Manufacturer shall not be responsible for software, firmware, information, or memory data of buyer contained in, stored on, or integrated with any products returned to manufacturer for repair, whether under warranty or not.
If the buyer and CEIVATM Logic, Inc. disagree over either’s performance under the terms of this warranty, the buyer may submit the matter for resolution to the Better Business
