5Use bluetooth devices

With this car audio system, you can listen to audio fi les from a player or make a call if bluetooth connection is available on your phone or player.

Pairing bluetooth devices

You can pair your bluetooth device with the unit as follows:

1Turn on bluetooth function on the device.

2Setup bluetooth fuction on your device.

3Select “CEM250” in the pairing list.

4Enter default password “0000”.

»“[CONNECT]” is displayed on the panel if pairing succeeds.

Tip

If the paired device is moved beyond the operational range, when it is brought back, please check if the device is still connected with the system:

. If they are connected, [Disconnect] (red icon) is displayed.

. If connection is lost, [Connect] (green icon) is displayed. Follow the instruction above to pair the device with the system again.

Adjust microphone position

For better sound quality in make/receive phone call through Bluetooth, place the microphone at a location close to mouth.

1Make sure the supplied microphone is connected to the car audio system. (See “Connect wires” section).

2Place the microphone at a proper location. For example,

Sticked it onto the dashboard.

Or clip it on the sun-shield.

Voice dialing

You can dial a number by voice if your mobile phone supports voice dialing.

1Pressfor 3 seconds.

» [VOIC DIAL] is displayed.

2Speak a name stored in contact list stored in the phone.

»The unit repeats the number and calls out.

»[NO MATCH] is displayed if the unit does not recognize a number.

Make a call

1Press SOURCE repeatedly to select [BT MUSIC].

2Press.

3Pressor to select from the following list:

[DIAL NUM]: dial a number directly

[DIALLED]: dialled number

[MISSED]: missed call

[RECEIVED]: received call

[ME PBK]: Phone directory

[SIM PBK]: SIM card directory

4Press to confi rm the selection.
