1.Turn off monitor

2.Disconnect signal cable

3.Turn on monitor

Check video cable for bent

pins, reseat to system

video and power system.

Try to go into the

DOS prompt.

1.Try system with another monitor

2.Try monitor with another system

	Make sure that the video
	system doesn't select a

	monitor H/V scan range out

	while going into windows.
	Run windows by using
	basic VGA mode
	(example 640*480)
